What are Growth Vouchers?
Growth Vouchers are part of an advice marketplace aimed at encouraging SMEs to take on good advice to improve their businesses. The Growth Vouchers programme is a trial to find out how strategic advice impacts on businesses performance. The current programme runs until March 2015 and NBM Business Growth is now eligible to accept vouchers as part-payment for strategic marketing advice.
The marketplace is run by small business network Enterprise Nation Marketplace and is free for small businesses to use.
Growth Vouchers are available to registered businesses in England who are actively selling goods and/or services, have a turnover no greater than £45m, own 75% of more of their business, and have 250 employees or less. They cannot be used to subsidise practical advice on how to tackle specific tasks relating to running a business, such as building a new website or paying for membership of a professional body or advertising, but they can be spent on strategic advice that will lead to growth.
If this sounds right for YOU, contact us TODAY to find out how the Growth Voucher Programme works and how you can apply: CALL US on 01778 424640, or visit the Business is Great website
How we can help
1. Marketing, attracting and keeping customers
Advice in this area aims to help businesses develop effective marketing strategies. The advice could be used for market research, targeting existing and potential customers, using every media platform – online and offline - to extend your reach into new markets.
To fulfil the requirements of Growth Voucher funding, we have put together a core package of strategic advice which focuses on how marketing planning can best be used to support your business. The package includes (but is not limited to):
-
A detailed audit of the marketing activity of your business and what you perceive the key results to be. This review looks at your business in the context of your marketplace, your customers and competitors, products or services, prices, how you communicate and promote yourself. It will highlight gaps and opportunities for change and growth.
-
A communication plan for building your reputation and relationships with customers, prospects and influencers. Not just the ‘how’, but ‘what’ and ‘why’ you should be doing it.
-
An online marketing plan for reaching potential customers through digital channels, including your website and social media platforms.
-
A sales and customer service strategy for retaining and developing customers.
-
A detailed written plan, with recommendations.
